We begin with a discovery call where we understand your goals and constraints. From there we prepare a scoping document that outlines the approach, timeline, and what handover will look like. Once agreed, work proceeds in stages — with check-ins at each milestone. Delivery includes documentation and a walkthrough session with your team. We also stay reachable for a post-delivery support window.

An NDA is signed before any data sharing takes place. Your data is stored in access-controlled environments and is never used for any other client project or internal model training. Once the engagement concludes, we follow whatever data retention or deletion protocol you require.

Integration is factored into every engagement from the start. Whether that means connecting to an ERP system, pushing outputs into existing dashboards, or building an API layer for your internal tools, we scope this at the beginning and build for it throughout.

We include a 30-day post-delivery support window on all engagements. During this period, your team can ask questions, flag unexpected behaviour, or request minor adjustments. For clients who need ongoing support or model retraining over time, we offer maintenance retainer arrangements at a separate rate.
